This Boiler took me about a week and a half to build and install including electrical, installing a new gas line, drywall, concrete floor, and venting. It is a Triangle Tube Solo 110 (96% Efficient) with a 50 gallon Smart Tank attached to take care of the domestic hot water - a system that uses the boiler to heat the hot water "indirectly" instead of a pilot light and flame directly heating the water. The Boiler/Smart Tank combo runs about $4500 not including the additional components and installation (possibly another $10,000) depending on the specific setup.
